For projects with an estimated value over $125M, the HCPP team will coordinate with our insurance broker to place coverage for owner-controlled course of construction (COC) and wrap-up liability (WUL) through the insurance market.

To ensure coverage is in place by your construction start date, please submit the completed application 4 months prior to the commencement of construction.
