​​​​For projects with an estimated value between $5M - $100M, HCPP has arranged for owner-controlled course of construction (COC) and wrap-up liability (WUL) insurance through the Provincial Construction Insurance Program (PCIP).

To ensure coverage is in place by your construction start date, please submit the completed application at least 6 weeks prior to the commencement of construction.
